The facility combines indoor climate-controlled units, reached through interior corridors with roll-up doors, with exterior drive-up units for loading straight from a vehicle. Access is gated, and units can be reserved online on the Sunny Storage website. Sunny Storage operates the facility.

Sizes include the following, all climate-controlled:

• Mid-size: 7x10, 7x17, 10x10, 10x15
• Large: 11x15, 10x20, 10x25, 10x30
